If you are out of catchment and would like to work with me, we can meet in a quiet neighbourhood within my service areas.

Payments & Bookings

Please note all packages must be used within 6 months after the date of purchase. This way, training isn't an afterthought and can remain a top priority for both you and I! Once you have completed your preferred package, you have up to two one-off sessions you can use at any time. These sessions are priced the same as an initial consultation. Once completed you are required to purchase a package if you'd like more training.
 

Refunds
Refunds will not be offered, as a small business we hope you can understand the limitations once payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

No-shows or canceled appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will be counted as one training session. Please try your very best to make all scheduled appointments. Training is a commitment to your dog. All training sessions must be completed within 6 months from the date of signing the policy waiver. Any training sessions not completed within that time frame will be forfeited. 

 

Photos & Videos

We often take photos and videos (mostly of your dog) & may choose to post on social media. If you like, you have the option to opt out of this on your waiver form.

  • Harness

  • Flat Leash (no retractable's)

  • Muzzles

  • Flat Buckle Collars

Unacceptable Equipment

  • Choke Chain Collars

  • Martingale Choke Collars

  • Prong Collars

  • Shock Collar

  • Slip Lead (should only be used in rescue or vet offices)
